Performed code modernization Solved some of the deprecated warnings (those on NSSavePanel) Tweaked the main.xib of MacFUSION.app in order to better manage the column widths, so that the mount/edit buttons are no more partially hidden on launch
Edited code in MFSettingsController#setup and mfcKaboomMacfusion() to replace launchedApplications with runningApplications, which returns an NSArray of NSRunningApplication instead of an NSArray of Dictionaries

Dear Michael,
I've done some minor edits to solve compilation warnings when compiled under Lion/Xcode 4.2. Now only the color palette deprecated functions still raise warnings (4) but the rewriting there is less easy and needs more study.
Also, I made a minor touch up of table autoresize settings in main app window, so the the edit and mount buttons don't get past the right window border on launch.
